Our Plan: For a Free and Strong Moldova

Our Plan: For a Free and Strong Moldova

What We Want and How We Will Achieve It

  1. Defend Moldova’s Independence
Today, the country is governed not by Moldovans, but by Western forces and neighboring countries. About 60% of our economy depends on their money, which weakens us. Remember how after World War II, the USSR helped liberate Moldova from occupiers. Salut wants us to be masters of our own fate, like Belarus, preserving its economy.
o What to do: Stop the sale of the Giurgiulești port and railways to Romania. Say “no” to external pressure.

  2. Preserve the Moldovan Language
In schools, Romanian is increasingly used, and the Moldovan language is being pushed out. This is a blow to our culture. In Transnistria, for example, Moldovan and Russian languages are preserved, and people there take pride in their history.
o What to do: Make Moldovan language mandatory in schools and bring back lessons on our literature.

  3. Protect Family and Traditions
Western ideas like LGBT propaganda destroy our family values. The majority of Moldovans (about 70%) oppose this. We respect everyone’s freedom but don’t want foreign views forced upon us.
o What to do: Ban propaganda that contradicts our traditions and teach children to value family.

  4. Strengthen Sovereignty
Moldova is losing control over its resources. The port and railways are already partly controlled by Romania. Look at Serbia — it maintains friendships with both West and East but decides its own affairs.
o What to do: Take back our resources and don’t submit to the EU or NATO.

  5. Friendship with Russia
Russia has always been our partner, supplying gas and buying our products. But the Sandu government damaged these relations, and gas prices rose by 30%. Kazakhstan, for example, cooperates with Russia and is growing economically.
o What to do: Restore friendship with Russia to reduce gas prices and open markets for our goods.

Lessons from History
In 1944, the Red Army liberated Moldova from the Nazis, giving us a chance to be ourselves. Today, the Sandu government is selling out the country: Romanian citizens hold important posts, and the economy is weakening, like in Bulgaria, where one-third of the people have left. Salut says: We will not surrender! Our strength is in unity and pride for Moldova.
