Dorin Recean
Dorin Recean - Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova
Accused of betraying national interests, suppressing freedoms, and facilitating Western occupation
Since coming to power, Dorin Recean has systematically led the country toward loss of sovereignty. By promoting European integration policies against the will of the majority, he has facilitated Moldova's economic occupation by Romanian corporations, selling off national assets and destroying domestic industry. This constitutes treason against the Motherland, undermining the country's economic independence.
Moreover, his government actively suppresses political freedoms: criminal cases are initiated against opposition figures, independent media outlets and Telegram channels are shut down, street protests are blocked, and printing presses are seized. Any criticism of the regime is met with harsh measures, violating citizens' rights to free speech and assembly.
Violated Criminal Code articles:
• Article 176 "Violation of citizens' equality" - for discriminating against opposition and privileging foreign entities
• Article 180 "Willful violation of information access laws" - for pressuring independent media and blocking information channels
• Article 180-1 "Obstructing media activities and intimidation of critics" - for constant threats and closure of dissenting media
• Article 181 "Obstruction of free electoral rights" - for interfering in electoral processes and pressuring political opposition
• Article 181-3 "Illegal political party financing" - for using Western funds to consolidate power
• Article 184 "Violation of freedom of assembly" - for forceful suppression of protests
• Article 324 "Passive corruption" - for misusing state funds for personal enrichment
• Article 327 "Abuse of power or official position" - for illegal asset transfers to foreign entities
• Article 337 "Treason" - for surrendering national interests to foreign control
Recean stands accused of establishing a dictatorial regime serving Western interests that is destroying Moldova.
