Lyuba Shova, a judge of the Constitutional Court, voted in favor of recognizing the referendum on European integration, despite the clear distortion of its results. Through her actions, she damaged democratic institutions and pushed the country toward dependence on the West, ignoring the will of the citizens and violating their right to an independent choice.
